Top Gun Telemarketer/ Appointment setter

Tickit Systems Pty. Ltd. (www.tickitsystems.com.au) is a Sydney based software company that develops and markets award winning Software as a Service (SaaS) Risk and Compliance solutions to industries ranging from Financial Services to Not for Profits.

We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to help generate leads and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will operate from our offices in Crows Nest and be part of an innovative team, selling an exciting product that is redefining the risk and compliance industry.

Your Role

• Develop your own telemarketing scripts.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the Sales team.
• Use available lists and source your own campaign lists.
• Update and maintain the prospect database.

Your Skills

• At least 2-3 years telemarketing experience is vital to this role.
• Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone to senior management and your understanding of the business environment will be highly regarded.

Our product, Tickit on Demand (www.tickitondemand.com.au) is an exciting SaaS solution which is written in Ruby on Rails and cloud hosted. It assists our customers to manage incidents, contracts, risk, compliance and audits.

Role
In this role you will:

• Develop Specifications - gather, understand and document requirements for new modules and product enhancements
• Build and manage systems to enhance our product development delivery cycle
• Work collaboratively with our software development team
• Provide product related support to our customers
• Manage the software testing process and manage the testing team
• Maintain our product documentation using Confluence

Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Business Analysis experience
• An understanding of business issues and the ability to translate those into technical solutions
• Experience in managing successful projects
• A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong English written skills
• Experience in using Confluence or similar tools

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:

• Passion for technology and using the best of breed web apps
• Ability to work in a collaborative small team environment
• Ability to multi-task – we are a startup company and we expect all our staff to take ownership and do what it takes to get the job done
