About Us

Company

Tickit Systems Pty Ltd is a privately held Sydney Australia based company. We have been in business since 2005 and are a joint venture between Softgen Australia Pty Ltd and In-tellinc Pty Ltd. We build simple, intuitive web-based risk and compliance software. Our software is easy to use, has essential features and is affordably priced. Our flagship product is Tickit On Demand.

SoftGen is well established as a major distributor of business software with extensive channel expertise. SoftGen Australia Pty Ltd represents some of the IT industry's finest software vendors including CodeGear (formerly Borland), Zend and Accusoft.

In-tellinc is a technology incubator managed by a consortium comprising KPMG, the University of Tasmania and private investors. In-tellinc provides technology companies with the resources and support necessary to realise their potential.

 

 
 

People

Kim Wilson
General Manager
Kim has been with Tickit Systems since 2006. She is a trained lawyer and an MBA from Monash University. She brings a wealth of experience to Tickit Systems having previously practised as a lawyer, managed a legal practice and then worked as a management consultant. Outside of Tickit, Kim has recently been nominated to the board of a Sydney based not for profit, MTC Work Solutions.

Tarun Philip
Sr. Manager
Tarun has been with Tickit Systems since 2006 and has several years experience in sales and marketing with a strong focus on software. He has a commerce degree from India and an MBA from Monash University. He has experience working both in Australia and India in industries ranging consumer product marketing, business software and risk and compliance.

Scott Brownell
Business Manager
Scott has a depth of knowledge in the IT Industry having owned and managed successful businesses in both Victoria and Tasmania. A trained teacher, Scott brings management expertise and guidance to Tickit Systems.

 

 
 

Board

Jim Bradshaw
Jim is a Chartered Accountant and CPA, he has over 40 years experience in the IT Industry. A prolific entrepreneur, Jim founded SoftGen Australia Pty Ltd. which is a significant shareholder in Tickit Systems.

Colin Hoschke
Colin sits on the board of six software companies. He studied actuarial science at the AMP Society and was operations manager of the Sydney Stock Exchange.

James Robinson
James is the CEO of Intellinc and brings to our Board in-depth strategic and commercial expertise gained through more than 10 years in the delivery of IT infrastructure and consulting services. He has senior positions at Deloitte Consulting and IBM Global Services.
